JumpCrew is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our Digital Delivery Team. This person will be directly responsible for email strategy and delivery for our clients, including the creation of automated prospecting, outbound, nurture, and other lead generating campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement top line email strategy for all clients, including prospecting, outbound, nurture, and other lead generating campaigns
- Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices. Track, measure and report KPIs and engagements and provide insightful analysis
- Develop strategies, create and implement automated email sequences and CRM flows that support our clients' business goals and objectives.
- Identify and create segmented buyer personas for specific email cadences
- Develop and implement standard and recurring email reporting for all clients, along with strategic recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Ensure all email campaigns follow industry policies and best practices, including all legal guidelines and regulations
- Work bilaterally with managers across the delivery team
Qualifications
- 5+ years email marketing experience in Business to Business (B2B)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Lead generation and nurturing experience is a MUST
- Expertise in MailChimp, Outreach, Hubspot and Pardot preferred
- Ability to implement lead scoring program
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strategic mindset combined with pragmatic can-do approach
- Ability to manage relationships with team members from different functional areas
- Creative individual who can dream up unique, engaging design and content concepts
- Well rounded knowledge of overall digital marketing best practices, especially as they relate to email marketing
