Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for highly driven and analytical candidates to help drive Email Marketing strategy and execution, you will be a key member of our digital marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for all email strategy, execution and optimization for our all of our consumer facing email marketing initiatives for our growing insurance marketplace. You will be in charge of planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email and sms marketing campaigns. This includes managing email databases, IP reputation management, and leveraging web technologies to drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage successful/profitable email and sms marketing campaigns
• Manage communications between technical and creative teams
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with the growth and management team to manage user conversion, unsubscribe rate and engagement
• Ensure our email delivery follow industry compliance policies and best practices

Qualifications:

• Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
• 3+ years of email marketing experience with list of 1,000,000+ subscribers
• Experience with ESP management
• Experience with web analytics tools ie. Google Analytics
• Demonstrated history of successful high volume email execution
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
