How You Will Make an Impact

  • Campaign Strategy: Email Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the brand marketing team to develop and execute data-driven email and SMS marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals and resonate with our DTC audience.
  • Email & SMS Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the email marketing platform to create, test, and optimize email campaigns, automations, and workflows, ensuring effective customer segmentation, personalization, and engagement.
  • A/B Testing: Email Marketing Manager will design and execute A/B tests for email and SMS campaigns to refine messaging, visuals, and strategies, leading to improved open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
  • List Segmentation: Utilize your experience to segment email and SMS lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics, ensuring highly targeted and relevant communications.
  • Performance Analysis: Email Marketing Manager will monitor and analyze key performance metrics for email and SMS campaigns, interpreting results to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Journeys: Develop automated customer journeys, including onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement sequences, optimizing the customer experience and driving loyalty.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Email Marketing Manager will collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging, branding, and user experience across all email and SMS touchpoints.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on Email/SMS marketing regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all Email/SMS communications adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices.

What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience email marketing for direct to consumer (DTC) brand(s) required.
  • 2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience required.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and analyzing email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
  • Abilities to use: Klaviyo, WordPress, Google Analytics, Dotdigital, Yotpo, Shopify, Magento.
  • Ability to be a self-starter that can take on tasks and projects and drive them to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear narratives for a wide range of stakeholder audiences.
