Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Contractor to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. You will support our Senior Manager of CRM to ensure all email campaigns are aligned with our overall marketing strategy.

This role can be located in NY, NJ, CT, and PA

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter campaigns, promotional campaigns, and triggered campaigns
• Create email content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand voice and tone
• Edit HTML emails
• Build the criteria that creates audiences and communication workflows
• Run A/B and multivariate tests and analyze performance to optimize email content, subject lines, and CTAs
• Evaluate open rates, CTOR, click rate, and conversion rates to understand and optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with other marketing channels and initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably with a B2B focus
• Min 1 year experience with Hubspot
• Admirable attention to detail and a drive to cross things off your to-do list

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $100,000-$115,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
