We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Manager to spearhead our email marketing program for hear.com.

During a typical day, you will:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, strong customer relationships and sales growth.Â
- Responsible for utilizing hear.com’s ESP platform (Braze) for creation, list management, deliverability, and distribution of emails
- Build, test, and execute email campaigns to drive engagement and leads
- Drive email channel performance through an effective combination of content, segmentation, and personalization to promote our brand achieve business objectives
- Develop Braze journeys and campaigns to deliver multi-touch communications
- Maintain standard methodologies for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.
- Coordinate sends for ad hoc emails and customer journeys
- Proof and test campaigns; UAT testing
- Maintain best-in-class standards for CAN-SPAM email compliance and data protection regulations (ex. CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR)
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
- Analyze campaign performance and implement improvementsÂ
- Run continuous multivariate tests to improve performanceÂ
- Report on leads and sales generated from email marketing efforts
- Work cross functionally with CRM tech specialists, creative and product teams.Â
Your Profile:
- Proven work experience (3-5 years) as an Email marketing managerÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising/public relations, communications, or related field
- Experience with customer segmentation and performance marketing; experience initiating and executing projects and campaigns through a customer-first strategy
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Experience in lead generation email marketingÂ
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, SAP, etc) as well as first-hand experience with email marketing platforms (SFMC, Mailchimp, etc) with Braze experience being a plus
- Basic HTML and SQL skillsÂ
- Proven ability to execute A/B testing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision makingÂ
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- Must have high attention to detailÂ
- Self-starter spirit who takes initiative
- Team player attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
