Email Marketing Manager (Remote)

Veeam is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to work in lockstep with our Regional Field team and own our end-to-end email marketing targeting strategy, planning and execution through our agency. 

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and build email calendar with focus on balancing field and regional programs; maintain an up-to-date calendar
• Work with and manage the agency to build regional end to end email programs, including landing pages, emails and smart campaigns
• Proactively report on email results, database health, and sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Conduct ongoing A/B tests of all aspects of the email strategy (subject lines, copy, frequency, time of day/week, etc.) and communicate the results of these tests through reporting
• Develop data-driven insights and make recommendations for improvement
• Create audience segmentation for lead generation, identify target audiences and grow email lists, monitor & optimize email campaigns for engagement/conversion
• Be a resource for cross functional teams on best practices running email campaigns

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 3-5 years of B2B Marketing Automation, CRM database management and/or Email Marketing is required; specifically Marketo & Salesforce
• Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management, and deliverability
• Proven track record of driving demand through targeted email campaigns and nurture program
• Understanding of privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA and other email/SMS compliance regulations
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and thoughtful QA process
• Ability to map out plans with the help of visuals/flowcharts to translate technical workflows to business stakeholders
