We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialistto support our marketing operations and analytics efforts.This person will sit within the marketing team, and partner closely with Marketing, Sales and IT to support: marketing systems, programs, processes, metrics, and best practices to achieve business goals. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment while defining and owning new processes and identifying opportunities for improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategize and manage various email campaigns, including set-up, list management, execution and reporting.
  • Build complex campaigns in a clear and maintainable manner
  • Perform maintenance for the Marketing Automation system to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Works within a cross functional team to accomplish marketing automation objectives (Team members will include UX Designers, Creative Services, Project Managers, Brand Communications, etc.)
  • Document marketing automation processes, programs, and procedures
  • Maintains a current understanding of email marketing best practices
  • Presents work, collaborates, accepts feedback and requests from within the marketing teams.
  • Collaborates with external agencies and other vendor partners


Qualifications:

  • B.S. / B.A., Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited College or University
  • 3-5 years working with marketing automation software, such as: Marketo (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Pardot.
  • Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience extensively using Excel to manipulate, combine, and analyze large data sets
  • Well organized with ability to multi-task and think outside of the box
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team
