Email Marketing Specialist

This is a remote work position on a night shift schedule.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful B2B email marketing campaigns that drive engagement. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Product & Marketing and be responsible for managing our email campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution to reporting and analysis. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and revenue
• Create and manage email lists, segments, and automation workflows
• Write engaging and persuasive email subjects and copy that resonates with our target audience
• Design email templates that are responsive, visually appealing, and optimized for different email clients and devices
• Analyze and report on email campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, trends, and regulations, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product) to align email marketing with overall marketing strategy and goals
• Monitor and optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• A/B test and experiment with different email tactics and strategies to optimize campaign performance

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end email campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and reporting
• Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions
• Experience with common email marketing platforms and basic HTML/CSS skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and ability to troubleshoot email issues (e.g., spam filters, bounces, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Results-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Knowledge of Salesforce & Pardot
