Email Marketing Specialist

How you'll make an impact:

• Leverage marketing automation best practices, targeted emails, creative messaging, and exceptional web experiences to increase conversions and accelerate pipeline generation
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce unique copy and creative that optimizes campaign performance
• Continuously improve email performance by monitoring relevant KPIs, testing, analyzing results, and instilling best practices in each campaign
• Create executive-level reports to show how email streams are doing as a large part of our marketing strategy and pipeline influence
• Take complete ownership of the building and executing of email campaigns
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect campaign assets for prospect and client email communications

Requirements

• Familiarity with MAP platforms, preferably Pardot
• Working experience designing, implementing, and executing email campaigns that convert
• Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to chase continuous improvement
• A curious nature and infectious enthusiasm for efficiency and results
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing best practices
• Proven experience in Email Marketing or similar role
