Who you are:

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you are our outlook author, writing clear compelling emails with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. You'll play an important role in the development of marketing emails for various assets and campaigns. You'll use your strong writing and technical skills to ensure well-crafted emails with messages that align with our marketing goals. You believe in effective communication and want to use your voice to deliver a unified marketing message.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement Frost marketing emails to ensure alignment with current marketing campaigns throughout the organization
• Assess daily marketing activities to ensure that emails adhere to organizational guidelines
• Troubleshoot technical issues regarding email execution to maintain a high-functioning communication network
• Monitor email campaigns to guarantee that marketing campaigns consistently follow Frost branding
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Communication Design; or equivalent experience in digital marketing
• 2+ years of experience with marketing or digital campaigns
• Experience with HTML, Create CSS, XSL, UX Design, MS Office Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot HTML coding problems
• Ability to work independently

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with developing communications
