Email Marketing Specialist

Position Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about email marketing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience executing and optimizing email campaigns, preferably B2B prospecting. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will deliver successful marketing campaigns, and improve ROI. You must be a self-motivated, technical, dynamic doer who is able to cope with the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for building/implementing email campaigns in platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot or similar.
• Compile prospecting lists using internal and external tools, clean lists and follow data integrity and compliance.
• Manage unsubscribe lists diligently and follow data compliance best practices.
• Collaborate closely with different parties: strategist, copywriter, designers
• Monitor email campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators and make date-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure mobile-friendly, brand compliant email templates.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices and adhere to World’s Branding standards.
• Provide continuous improvement of e-marketing related activities through A/B testing, including experimentation with subject lines, content, offers, CTAs, etc.
• Proofread key messaging in and out of email templates.
• Build and maintain automated customer journeys such as re-engagement, nurture campaigns etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• This job has the possibility of remote work
• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing.
• Proven proficiency in WYSIWYG editors. 
• Proven success as a technical email marketer who can implement A/B and Multi-variate tests, monitor performance and report results.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple campaigns at the same time and meet due dates.
• Basic understanding of html and css styling, medium proficiency or higher is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Keen eye for detail in regard to design layouts, copy, and accessibility.
• Some design experience, and the ability to use Canva for photo and graphics editing.
• Understanding of list hygiene, data management and scrubbing.
