Requirements

What the client is looking for:

A candidate who is: Proactive, quick learner, organized, responsive, and talented.

Expertise in Email Marketing Platforms: The VA should have experience and proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Mailchimp, Attentive, and Klaviyo.

Strategy and Optimization: They should possess strategic thinking abilities to develop email marketing strategies, optimize subject lines, cadence, flows, journeys, automations, and segmentations.

Communication Skills: The VA must be able to effectively communicate with the client success team, understand client needs, and make suggestions for email marketing campaigns.

Independence and Proactiveness: They should not merely be order takers but should be able to work independently, ask relevant questions, and make proactive suggestions to improve email marketing performance.

Familiarity with Microsoft Tools: Since communication with the team is done through Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office, proficiency in these tools is essential.

In summary, the client is looking for a VA with strong expertise in email marketing platforms, strategic thinking skills, effective communication abilities, independence, proactiveness, and familiarity with Microsoft tools. Additionally, flexibility with working hours to accommodate overlapping with the team's schedule, particularly with the team in the Philippines, is beneficial.
