Email Marketing Specialist

Green Cari is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to develop targeted email campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful messages to our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies and campaigns
• Create compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience
• Build and manage email subscriber lists
• Segment email lists based on various criteria to optimize targeting and personalization
• Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate email marketing efforts and align with overall marketing strategies

• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or related role
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hubspot, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
