Email Marketing Strategist (Remote)

The Email Marketing Specialist will execute our clients' email marketing campaigns. They will work in tandem with our Creative team, Paid Media team, SEO team, and our Account Management team to ensure concepts, copy, and design match up with the rest of our client's marketing plans.

We currently work within Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, Active Campaign, Hubspot, and Mailchimp. Experience in these platforms and/or non-listed email platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Creating and optimizing the email marketing strategy, focusing on promotional structure, new customer acquisition, full customer journey
• List management and segmenting users based on attributes and behaviors
• Data integration between email platforms CRMs
• Personalization and dynamic content based on customer segment
• Tying email metrics to business / eCommerce KPIs
• Competitive analysis
• Developing and implementing A/B testing strategies
• Report and analyze campaigns and workflows for effectiveness using: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.
• Applying user personas to email strategy
• Experience with marketing automation software
• Ability to strategize and implement lead-generation and lead nurturing for B2B clients

Requirements

• 1.5+ years proven success in executing email marketing campaigns, specifically for B2B companies
• Experience with A/B testing
• Ability to execute strategy and present to clients
• Thorough understanding of email marketing best practices
• Understand EMP's to be able to identify and/or troubleshoot any issues that may arise
