- Optimize existing email activity - Youโll audit our current email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and SMS efforts. Analyze data, refine messaging, fix technical issues, and implement new automations to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Bring SMS marketing in-house - Working closely with the Head of Growth, you will lead the effort to bring SMS marketing in-house. Through implementing automation, you can streamline SMS communication while upholding or boosting conversion rates. Bringing SMS in-house will empower further customization, optimization, and scalability over time with minimal extra staffing required.
- Discover and test new lifecycle channels - Youโll research potential new direct marketing channels to complement email and SMS. Find opportunities to engage customers post-purchase to drive referrals, cross-sells, upsells, and retention.
- Turn customers into advocates: You'll craft customized content and VIP offers to engage our existing clients, promoting loyalty and retention. You'll showcase your creative expertise to make our clients feel valued, understood, and inspired.
- Direct Response Marketing Expert: You have 5+ years of experience running stellar email, SMS, and direct response programs. You have the results and expertise to prove it.
- Testing Mindset: You're obsessed with testing and optimization. No idea goes unvalidated. You know how to turn data into insights and insights into growth.
- Creative Flair: You have a talent for crafting compelling messages and offers. You know how to speak to clients in a motivating yet understanding tone.
- Tech Savvy: You have experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools. Youโre comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Compensation: $33k/yr total compensation (salary + equity)
