Embedded Software Engineer

Your Role:

As the Embedded Software Engineer, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to bring up the most powerful autonomous driving platform. In this position, you have the chance to touch every technology in embedded software development for ECU(Electronic Control Unit), ranging from creating bootloader, creating and configuring AUTOSAR components to bring up new hardware, and working with hardware engineer to integrate and implement device driver, to resolve any stability issue and improve the system performance.  Basically, you’ll ensure that our autonomous driving platform is the most stable system with greatest performance and best power efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field, and/or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as an embedded software engineer
• 4+ years of RTOS(real time operating system) development experience and good understanding of the embedded system boot loader, AUTOSAR architecture
• Experience in embedded software design, development and debugging preferably on Tricore based platforms
• Experience in running, analyzing benchmark tools to tune system performance
• Familiar with ISO26262 safety standard and MISRA coding standards
• Knowledge in computer science fundamentals, such as object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Advanced programming skills in C for operating system kernel & systems development experience with the GNU toolchain

Annual Salary Range:

($110K - $140K), plus benefits and incentive plans
