We're looking for a well-experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our wireless and IOT group as a contributing member in our collaborative environment. You'll find a good amount of autonomy here, as well as a hard-working group that contributes to Banner's ongoing success and continuing growth. You'll be a part if a multidisciplinary team in which you'll maintain, improve, and design products, as well as provide input to other teams. This is a great position for someone who can take ownership, adapt to change and be flexible in this fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our corporate headquarters, located at Highways 169 and 55 in Plymouth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Programming in C and object-oriented programming in C++ (OOP)
- Work with development tools such such as compilers, emulators, configuration control, etc.
- Lead projects and timelines
- You may also be asked to train and mentor new engineers, and translate product specs and requirements into effective product designs

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelors or better in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related
- Three or more years of solid experience in relevant embedded coding (C, C++)
