Embedded Software engineer - Linux/RTOS expert

This isan R D Position for aSenior SoftwareEngineer, will contribute to the effort of software development for the MPT3000 HVM system, new hardware brings up. Develop software and works closely with cross-functional teamsto coordinatesystem development and new hardware bring up

Will be assignedresponsibility for independent projectswhichcould befornew or supporting existing products.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop software to address HVM project requirements. Bug fixing, develop test cases and unit test
• Hands-on hardware bring-up, system debugging and code optimization.
• Write relevant design documentation as part of software development
• Participate in technical meetings, provide solutions and feedback

Requirements

• BS inCS, CE,EEor equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience in system software development
• Experience with Linux kernel and Linux device drivers
• Experience with C/C++ programming skills with Linux
• Shell scripting: bash, python.
• PCIe, JTAG, I2C, GPIO, UART
• Storage protocols: ATA, SATA, SCSI, SAS, NVMe.
• PCIe bus analyzers and storage protocol analyzers.
• Debugging complex SW/HW systems.
• Multi-threaded development.
• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Test and Measurement related experience.
