Position: EMEA Channel Marketing Manager

As the EMEA Channel Marketing Manager, you will be the marketing primary point of contact for PTC partners in the region to ensure alignment in our joint go-to-market strategy and plans. This role is critical to our partners success and requires daily engagement with internal and external stakeholders to oversee all marketing related activities that drive pipeline generation in support of PTC partner growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for partner lead management and marketing enablement initiatives resulting in net new ACV growth for EMEA partners
- Initiates go-to-market planning discussions and efforts with named PTC partners in the region to align on goals and objectives, marketing programs and activities, along with KPIs/Metrics to measure overall ROI performance
- Participate in all channel meetings and discussions to represent partner marketing and provide program updates along with input/feedback on key initiatives and performance results YTD
- Weekly PM Forecast Calls
- QBRs
- Regional POD pipeline planning calls
- Team Alignment for Recruiting new Partners
- Monthly and bi-weekly partner marketing cadence calls with PTC named partners
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the region to ensure mindshare and awareness of key partner marketing initiatives and priorities amplifying these messages within their partner accounts to increase adoption and utilizationÂ

- Provide additional partner marketing support for key initiatives and projects based upon addressing emerging business requirements

- PTC Sales Kickoff
- Regional Marketing Summits
- Engage with segment teams to provide ongoing partner feedback on marketing campaigns to improve campaign utilization and pipeline generation results
- Collaborate with EMEA field marketing and demand center team to integrate PTC partners within the planning process upfront to drive more co-marketing activities and lead generation
- Leverage PowerBI QBR Tool and Qlik Marketing Performance Center tool to review partner performance results, monitor trend analysis, and provide updates to partners with action items/recommendations
- Responsible for managing requests to update Partner Profiles in the PTC Partner Locator tool
- Engage with Inside Sales Team to drive more partner collaboration in key areas- lead follow up and qualification, call blitz days, account mapping and co-selling activities
- Work with Partner Communications Team to highlight upcoming partner events through articles and post via social media (Post Beyond) and events listing on ptc.com
- Work with Partner Enablement Team to ensure partners are achieving program requirements and participating in enablement programs to increase PTC product knowledge and skillset
- Ongoing education and career development to advance partner marketing skills and knowledge leveraging third party training courses (LinkedIn Learning, Channel Marketing Institute) along with attending industry channel events and conferences
Skills and Knowledge:Â
- Excellent demand generation program development and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.Â
- Strong partner marketing relationship-building skills.Â
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders within partner organization including but not limited to marketing, sales, customer success, pre-sales technical, and executive leadership
- Ability to develop joint go-to-market plans with partners that align to corporate strategy, segment sales plays, and channel growth goals.Â
Experience:Â
- 3-5 years of relevant partner marketing experience in a B2B environment.Â
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding marketing ROI targets.Â
- Familiarity with the dynamics of the product development and discrete manufacturing industry is desirable.Â
Minimum Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Â
- Working knowledge of product development and discrete manufacturing business operations.
