This role is located in Las Vegas, NV (hybrid working environment).

The Employee Engagement Coordinator at Aristocrat Gaming plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing both employee events and CSR initiatives, reporting to the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Affairs. This role requires a self-starter with innovative experience in event management, with the ability to drive results and balance multiple deliverables at one time. This individual serves as a key contributor within the People & Culture team, responsible for developing value-added employee engagement opportunities and driving the company's CSR strategy forward.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and implement a comprehensive cross-functional strategy for employee events and CSR initiatives, working directly with the Director of CSR & Corporate Affairs and other business leaders.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and the community, promoting corporate values through CSR programs focused on Education and Career, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Native American/Indigenous People Relations, and Good Business and good Citizen.
  • Manage nonprofit organizations' selection and partnership process, ensuring alignment with CSR pillars and market priorities.
  • Support on day-to-day management of the donations system (Benevity) including submission review, due diligence, approvals, contract negotiations, and key metric reporting
  • Oversee employee volunteer and community service programs and internal event coordination with employee impact groups.
  • Coordinate company-wide volunteer events and nonprofit galas, including logistics, staffing, and post-event follow-up.
  • Could you create compelling communications and presentations to convey the impact and progress of CSR initiatives to internal and external stakeholders?
  • Independently create meeting materials, decks, presentations, and communications to support the team in conveying the impact and progress of the CSR program to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external communications teams to ensure consistent storytelling of Aristocrat Gaming's CSR efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in event management, and/or CSR program development.
  • Strong program operations experience, including creating processes, and systems, and tracking metrics.
  • Executive presence with the ability to represent the company across various audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building partnerships with nonprofit, government, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends for events.
  • Passion for gaming entertainment and commitment to corporate social responsibility.

$57,104-$106,051

Salary

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
