About our team:

The Employee Communications, Experience and Culture team owns a wide scope of responsibilities, as the name suggests. On our team, no two days are the same. We’re communication strategist, change management experts, creative problem-solvers, culture gurus, engagement drivers, employee experience advocates, DEI ambassadors— and more. We help drive connection, alignment, and purpose among our global workforce. Together, we deliver compelling and engaging internal communications using a blend of strategy, messaging, and artistry.Â

About the role:
As Pure’s Employee Engagement Design Lead you will bring a new level of creativity and visual execution to the team. We are looking for a partner who can help us shape our employer brand, up-level our creative execution and bring new ideas to the table on how we can push beyond newsletters and emails to engage our key audiences using myriad of mediums. This role will require a mix of creative vision and tactical execution. We need someone who can take 20 slides and make it a compelling visual, take a story and make it come to life in a motivational way and translate a complex concept into 3 slides.Â
- Be a passionate champion of Pure crafting visual and creative experiences that support employee engagementÂ
- Design internal campaigns that break the typical corporate mold and are unique to Pure (while ensuring we’re within our Marketing brand standards)Â
- Take abstract messaging and concepts and turn them into inspirational, easy-to- follow creative deliverablesÂ
- Take smalls ideas and build them into concepts or campaign that you “pitch” using mood boards, diagrams, mockup and presentation slides
- Help elevate our tactical execution to make deliverables (e.g.,decks, emails, newsletters, etc.) enticing and easy to absorb by our internal audiencesÂ
Skills
- Strong design and conceptual skills with experience using varying multimedia approachesÂ
- Ability to set a creative direction, gain buy-in/ feedback from stakeholders, and executeÂ
- Seasoned experience working in an iterative process, collaborating with various business partners and professionally receiving art direction and feedback
- Ability to balance speed and finesse. Project manage deliverables and schedules to ensure timely release of creative assets, from concept and design to production and delivery
- Brings proven expertise and thought leadership, but has a continuous thirst for learning and acquiring new skillsÂ
- Adventurous and willing to try new methods, approaches and avenues
We are looking for someone with versatile creative skills, a fantastic eye for design, and someone who brings fun, fresh ideas (that they can help execute on). Some of the deliverables could include:Â
- Email banners, print and digital signage, presentation slides Â
- Illustrations, infographics, diagramsÂ
- Intranet site wireframes, layout mockups
- Creative approach/ campaign presentationsÂ
- Videos, motion graphics, animationsÂ
- Experiential creative deliverables
Requirements
- Degree in art, graphic design, digital media, or similarÂ
- 5+ years in (experience at a communication agency or a global enterprise a plus)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteÂ
- Robust portfolio of work showcasing your skills, versatility, and out-of-the box ideasÂ
