The Employee Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization. This includes creating and executing initiatives to foster a positive company culture, increase employee retention, and drive employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that align with the organization's goals and values.
  • Foster a positive company culture that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
  • Analyze employee engagement survey results and create action plans to address areas of opportunity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create and manage employee recognition programs to increase morale and motivation.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers to improve employee engagement at the team level.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyze feedback data to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities for improvement, and work with management to develop action plans to address them.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a more inclusive and welcoming workplace for all employees.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to develop employer branding strategies and employee value propositions that attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and execute wellness initiatives to promote employee well-being, including mental health support, physical fitness, and healthy eating programs.
  • Manage internal communication campaigns through 4Insite to keep employees informed and engaged on company news, events, and initiatives.
  • Review employee request utilizing the 4Insite platform.
  • Report turnover metrics utilizing the 4Insite platform.
  • Onboard all new employees
  • Manage organization charts utilizing the 4Insite platform.
  • Review all attendance requirements utilizing the 4Insite platform.
  • Manage and ensure compliance of separation of employment.
  • Work with operations to ensure that all new employees have working routes.
  • Ensure hourly employees are in compliance with KPS utilizing the 4Insite platform.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems, or initiatives that impact employee engagement.
  • Manage the employee engagement budget and report on the ROI of employee engagement initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of staff positions and establishes strategic partnerships with managers and department
  • Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures
  • Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Manage employee Profiles utilizing 4Insite platform
  • Some travel may be required
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Experience developing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 per year
