Job Overview:
APTIM's Human Resources team seeks a Talent Engagement Program Manager (Focus: Employee Engagement) to amplify APTIM's endeavors to further its longstanding commitment to Our People, and to uphold our obligations to one another as human beings and to the communities where employees live and work. As Talent Engagement Program Manager, you will drive critical focus areas in APTIM's Talent Engagement Strategy, including employee survey listening, APTIM's employer value proposition, recognition practices, and impacting retention.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in project and program management with demonstrated experience in delivering solutions at both the team and enterprise level. Consistent measurement of progress, while being adaptable as needed to continue in the timely completion of initiatives is a must. A strong background in delivering organizational development or effectiveness solutions should be evident, with examples of experiences of advancing organizational practice easily demonstrated.
The Talent Engagement Program Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Talent and Engagement.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Function: Program and Project Management
- Serve as Program Manager for implementation of APTIM's Talent Engagement strategy, including EVP, onboarding, employee survey and listening practices, impacting retention, and recognition.
- Execute employee listening practices, including the design, build, execution and reporting of engagement, pulse, and life-cycle surveys, and partnering on focus groups and listening sessions.
- Provide on-going analysis and synthesis of data that contribute to engagement metrics, and provide clear insight into recommended engagement, recognition, and retention strategies.
- Design, communicate, and deploy programs, tools, and processes to enhance and drive employee engagement at the team and organization level.
- Define, socialize, and integrate APTIM's EVP into HR initiatives and practices.
- Define and deliver an engaging onboarding experience for new employees of APTIM.
- Track and report on goals, key milestones, and results of engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate and partner with key cross-functional stakeholders, including HRBPs, enterprise managers and leaders, and other HR functions.
Function -- Advisory Partnership
- Responsible for building trusting relationships and partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of the organization's business objectives and priorities as it relates to accomplishing APTIM's Talent Engagement strategy.
- Advises and consults with managers and leaders on deploying solutions to support and enhance team and employee engagement.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Talent and Engagement to evaluate progress APTIM's Talent Engagement strategy and contribute to the ongoing evaluation and development of the strategy.
- Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking across the AEC industry and peers to recommend best practices in Talent Engagement for APTIM.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college.
- A minimum of five years of experience resolving complex issues in creative, effective ways in the areas of organizational development, organizational effectiveness, or talent development.
- A minimum of three years of experience managing projects requiring efficient resource utilization, securing commitment from project contributors, and timely project completion across multiple projects.
- Analytical skillset with the ability to evaluate information, define challenges or objectives, formulate logical and objective conclusions, and develop and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across many different levels of stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding and application of employee engagement solutions that impact business.
- Experience with executing the design, build, and report of engagement surveys
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.
