Job Summary
As an Employee Engagement Specialist for Comcast Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall employee experience for our global workforce! You will work closely with our partner departments to develop, implement, and maintain several of the programs and initiatives that support our overall employee engagement strategy. Primary focus will be on driving engagement virtually across Comcast Advertisingâs global footprint. Core Responsibilities
Manage company-wide Virtual Engagement Community (via Microsoft Teams): design, execute and promote weekly, monthly, ad hoc content; drive and monitor site engagement, reporting regularly to leadership on progress, insights, and opportunities.
Utilize employee feedback and other data to measure the effectiveness of our virtual engagement programs and initiatives for both our virtual-based and in-office communities and propose adjustments accordingly.
Assist with the development and execution of new enterprise-wide development and engagement programs or initiatives as needs arise; particularly in the areas of career growth and development, and rewards and recognition.
Support existing enterprise-wide talent development and engagement programs or initiatives like our âWomen in Leadershipâ program and our âAlly Networkâ.
Assist with centralized process management for existing feedback mechanisms like YourVoice, eNPS, and employee focus groups.
Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
Relevant Work Experience
2-5 Years
