Cox Enterprises, Inc. is hiring an Employee Engagement Strategy Senior Analyst who will be responsible for overseeing and executing the onboarding process at the enterprise level. This role will collaborate with internal peers and divisional partners to drive divisional alignment and process improvement as we continue to centralize onboarding the function within CEI.
As a member of the Employee Engagement Strategy team, this role will support and assist in facilitating employee engagement strategy efforts, including Onboarding, Random Coffee, The Internship Program, etc.

As a member of the Employee Engagement Strategy team, this role will support and assist in facilitating employee engagement strategy efforts, including Onboarding, Random Coffee, The Internship Program, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Enterprise-wide Virtual onboarding sessions each week.
- Supports the Employee Engagement Strategy team with various programs, including session facilitation and coordination.
- Supports engagement strategy through new hire events and networking opportunities.
- Primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, and internal HR and business stakeholders
- Welcomes new hires and executes an engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey.
- Manages the end-to-end onboarding process, prioritizing a great experience for new employees.
- Identifies innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.
- Partner with divisions to drive onboarding process improvement and alignment across the enterprise.
- Lead weekly meetings to resolve day-one readiness issues.
- Provide data analytics around onboarding and the program's success on a regular cadence to the Employee Engagement Strategy leadership team.
- Manages the Cox Welcome Team email inbox and answers inquiries.
- Troubleshoots onboarding issues and identify long-term solutions.
- Updates weekly onboarding site to share Welcome Week invites.
- Partners with the IT department to ensure new hires receive technical assistance to set up their hardware/software properly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years experience in HR, customer service, or employee experience-related field; a master's degree and 2 years experience in HR, customer service, or employee experience-related field; Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of experience in HR, customer service, or employee experience-related fields will be considered.
- Ability to problem solve and effectively collaborate across multiple teams with peers at varying levels.
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills
- Desire and ability to drive process creation and improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to adapt to different levels within the organization.
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
- Experience facilitating training, onboarding, and/or employee experience sessions.
- Onboarding, HR Generalist, training, and/or Customer Experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft 365
