Job Description
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including leading the onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
- Design and coordinate employee wellness program together with the Wellness lead, such as wellness awareness workshops, wellness initiatives, and mental health programs.
- Develop DE&I activities together with the Engagement and DE&I leads to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Work closely with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees across all levels of the organization to ensure positive employee experience.
- Conduct surveys and analyze data to measure employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to create and implement company-wide initiatives that align with our mission and values.
- Create and maintain documentation related to employee experience, such as employee handbooks and training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, HR or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in employee experience and/or wellness management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of employee EX, wellness, DE&I and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including listening and influencing skills. Comfortable working with all levels of employees.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resilient and positive mindset with high energy. Is curious and has natural empathy and encourages collaboration.
- Confident team player, result-driven approach and can work autonomously.
- Fluent in English.
