Employee Experience Associate - 2874330

We're an award-winning IT solutions provider to the Federal government seeking an Employee Experience Associate to join our team at a major Federal agency.

Although primarily a telecommuting position, the selected individual will be required to complete on-site work on a weekly or biweekly basis at the TCG headquarters office located in Washington, D.C.

The Employee Experience Associate supports a wide range of employee-related activities, including onboarding, recordkeeping, development, and engagement activities. This role also supports and contributes to new initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience at TCG. Time will be split providing support between two functional areas of TCG, Employee Happiness and Human Resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide general administrative support, such as mailing, scanning, and maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing systems.
• Manage and track employee asset records
• Assist with perqs management and execution, including employee cards and gifts
• Track training budgets; purchase resources, and handle training registrations
• Perform regularly scheduled on-site duties at TCG Headquarters
• Prepare various items for shipping and take them to the local post office for mailing
• Conduct research for projects as requested
• Assist with event planning
• Identify and problem-solve administrative challenges as they arise
• Support administrative needs of the Happiness and HR teams as requested

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and excellent driving record
• Excellent typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace applications
• Must have excellent communication skills and grammar, both written and spoken
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and seek guidance when necessary

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
