Summary / Objective
This is a remote opportunity in states we currently operate in: AZ, CA, CO, DE, MA, MI, MD, OH, OR, OK, PA, TX, UT, VA, and WA.
The Employee Experience Business Partner will support the implementation and execution of People strategies, focused on talent management, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, culture, and employee engagement.
This role reports to the Director, Employee Experience, partner closely with People Operations and our international partners (as needed) to help take our People practices to the next level.
What You'll Do
Employee Engagement
  • Partners with the Director, Employee Experience to create and execute employee engagement initiatives, including introducing an engagement survey process, survey review sessions and action planning with leaders.
  • Supports the re-imagination of Identity Digital recognition programs to enhance the sense of inclusion and belonging with dispersed teams.
  • Supports the continued implementation and enhancement of the Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity and Inclusion programs.
  • Partners with global team members to embed Identity Digitals' newly adopted Core Values throughout the team member cycle.
  • Partners closely with Talent Acquisition throughout the recruiting and hiring process to ensure a best-in-class candidate and new team member experience.
  • Supports coordination and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Utilizes data to proactively identify, research, and suggest new and creative employee engagement practices and initiatives.

Talent Management & Development
  • Influences and implements the creation of training and career development learning paths utilizing online learning, in-person, and group facilitation methods. Rolling out the tools more broadly across the organization.
  • Partner with leaders to craft job descriptions and building out job families for career development purposes.
  • Supports the evolution of the performance management process which may include implementing new software, training and tools for leaders and team members.
  • Helps implement a cascading goals philosophy including supporting the development of communications, training, tools and partnering with leaders and team members through the implementation and provides ongoing support.
  • Engages leaders in succession planning and high talent identification efforts.
  • Supports the year-end performance evaluation and compensation review process by partnering with leaders to review internal equity, career development, etc. Provides training and tools as needed.

Performance Management:
  • Provides expert guidance in people and organizational issues, provides management coaching to build leadership capability and proactively address team member issues, work with managers and team members to address complex issues from end-to-end.
  • Develops and communicates People policy and process, partners in the creation of a globally applicable team member handbook.
  • Counsel managers and team members regarding transfers, promotions, policy interpretation, and other People related matters.

Organizational Effectiveness:
  • Partners with People Team to identify needs and improve processes and programs to achieve outcomes for company programs and initiatives.
  • Partners with leaders to identify needs and improve or innovate processes and programs to achieve the objectives of Identity Digital programs and initiatives
  • Uses data (e.g., headcount and diversity metrics, retention analysis, internal equity) to inform relevant and effective talent strategies and solutions.
  • Partners with People team members to create and maintain process mapping and process documents for new and existing processes.
  • Participates in due diligence and acquisition integration activities.
  • Supports creation of communications, trainings and tools for team members and managers.
  • Acts as a mentor to other People team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are / What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of business partner experience; or combination of education and experience.
  • Experience developing, implementing, training, and supporting new or existing strategic programs and processes.
  • Flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to lead and implement a wide range of projects.
  • Excellent operational execution, change management, analytical problem solving, continuous improvement, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and successfully manage complex, strategic programs while contributing to a culture of inclusion.
  • Maintaining effectiveness when experience major changes in work responsibilities or environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to prepare clear and concise reports and deliver presentations and learning programs.
  • Familiarity with ADP and other HR Systems is highly desirable.
  • Current PHR, SPHR or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization (when applicable).
