Our new Employee Experience Coordinator will support our Employee Experience programs and systems for the global Anaplan employee population. You will report to Director of Employee Experience and work closely within a core team of an Instructional Designer and Program Manager, alongside the broader Communications and People teams. You will also closely partner with our Internal Business Systems and Legal team members for systems integrations and required programs.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized individual with experience and/or a strong desire in implementing platforms, measuring outcomes, and managing processes. The Employee Experience Coordinator position is a high-visibility role with an opportunity to learn and grow in a high-growth environment.
Your Impact- Onboarding: Assist in shaping an extraordinary new joiner experience, coordinate the weekly onboarding elements, and provide front-line support to all Anaplan new joiners
- Survey Management and Analysis: Design, measure, and analyze feedback surveys, results, and outcomes for all programs and initiatives via company-used survey tool, using data to recommend enhanced approaches
- Compliance: Track company compliance requirements and progress to ensure adherence to and in accordance with location-specific and legal mandates
- Communication: Work closely with our company Communications team to market and announce initiatives and learning opportunities
- Workday LMS: Assist in testing and implementation of a learning management system as a single source of truth. Serve as the LMS Admin and manage course loading, scheduling of participants, and learner transcripts; support managers and learners in using an LMS
- Bring your best and most creative skills to assist in building new programs that positively impact the employee experience
- Ability to be flexible with modality and time requirements to meet business “just in time” deadlines and commitments
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Education or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years working in a private or public company
- Previous Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, Trainer or a similar role in a corporate environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail
- Passion for learning, teaching, and constant improvement
- Ability to comfortably and keenly navigate multiple systems, serving as expert
- Flexibility to prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
