As the Editor in Chief, you will lead the editorial strategy and execution for our digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality content that aligns with our brand values and engages our diverse audience. This role requires a blend of editorial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive our content initiatives forward.

- Editorial Leadership: Lead the editorial team in creating, curating, and managing content across all digital platforms.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with different audience segments and drive engagement.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. Analyze data to inform content strategy and measure the impact of editorial efforts.
- SEO and Digital Literacy: Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility of online content. Utilize digital tools such as CMS, analytics tools, and social media platforms to optimize engagement and reach.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content. Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as marketing, legal, and compliance.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Conduct market analysis, develop value propositions, and design integrated marketing campaigns. Manage budgets and ensure all communications are consistent with the institution's brand guidelines.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales materials and provide training to the sales team to support their efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM activities. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 10+ years of editorial experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Experience with storytelling and narrative development.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and digital tools such as CMS, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously, proactively, and independently.

- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
- Flexibility/adaptability (ability to change direction based upon team and stakeholder consensus).
- Strong project management skills.

- Experience in a large corporate environment or financial services industry.
