Employee Experience & Engagement Coordinator

As NinjaTrader's Employee Experience & Engagement Coordinator, you will support the Director of Human Resources by optimizing and elevating our employee processes, programs and policies to help NinjaTrader scale and thrive. You will help build an engaging culture by creating and maintaining a positive, rewarding work environment. The goal is to develop an organization that attracts and retains talented employees and ensures employees feel valued and invested in their work.
In this role, you will:
  • Align with HR leadership, to drive employee engagement and retention by connecting employees to Company mission, vision and culture
  • Collaborate with HR to deliver programs that support employee wellness, work life balance, recognition, development, and retention towards fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Develop and implement programs that support the voice of our employees and create an environment where they are supported, heard and valued
  • Create and implement experiences that inspire connection among our colleagues, while providing opportunities for their personal and professional growth. This includes monthly Lunch & Learn meetings and weekly social events
  • Define and drive NinjaTrader's strategic priorities that align with our Core Values
  • Assist management with creating and/or revising policies based upon employee feedback
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Team and experience by creating additional opportunities and the ongoing development of HR programs and processes to deliver an exceptional employee experience

Key Position Requirements:
The primary function of this role is building relationships. Therefore, this role will be required to be onsite 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months. After the 3-6 months, a hybrid schedule will be offered; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. As you will be driving employee engagement, you will be the primary planner and executor of NinjaTrader's Happy Hours and social events!
Other Job Requirements include:
  • Experience with event planning, coordination, and execution, ideally in a corporate setting
  • HR experience is a plus: basic knowledge of HR laws, strategies, policies, and practices
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment. Our business is ever-evolving, and the right individual should be agile and able to keep up with changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills, effective listening, and ability to connect with individuals across the organization
  • Demonstrates ability to be a change leader
  • Highly Observant and eager to jump in and support our team
