Position Summary:
Sparksoft is a fast-growing woman-owned small business that provides innovative technical solutions to the federal government. The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for developing and managing innovative employee engagement programs focused on driving an inclusive, engaged, and positive employee culture and experience. This role will be responsible for reducing attrition and partnering closely with department leadership to deploy initiatives that empower our employees and align with our values and principles. This position will play a critical role in advancing our mission to positively impact our stakeholders - starting with our employees!

Responsibilities:
• Assess the current employee experience; use findings to develop an engagement strategy and make recommended improvements to leadership, executing corresponding solutions.
• Create learning and development opportunities and programs for staff.
• Develop an internal communications strategy to identify appropriate mechanisms for disseminating information at all levels of the organization
• Advise on, draft, and deploy employee communications such as upcoming company events and initiatives, important employee reminders, and various other internal programming.
• Create and deploy a new rewards and recognition platform and program to inspire and motivate staff.
• Oversee Company engagement surveys, including developing and deploying the surveys, reviewing the responses, and preparing corresponding materials to share results. Use data and insights to recommend and drive changes.
• Lead and ensure the effectiveness of the company culture
• Manage the employee review cycle process and ensure timely completion of review cycle tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills:
• Successful record of building new programs, improving existing programming, and supporting engagement for high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to develop strategic internal communications and effective employee engagement programs, particularly in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated success in building internal trust and strong relationships with business partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education:
• 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree.
