Employee Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

As an Employee Experience Specialist at Ruggable, you will design and implement a variety of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the daily work experience, fostering a vibrant company culture, and ensuring our team members are engaged, motivated, and connected.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and ensure consistent experience for all our employees’ workplaces
• Manage all operations activities that are required for events such as happy hours, employee events, company wide meetings, offsites, etc.
• Assist in managing event logistics for engagement events such as swag, meals, office snacks, anniversaries, etc.
• Collaborate closely with the Employee Engagement Manager to coordinate logistical aspects for programming across the four pillars of Employee Engagement: Workplace Experience, Learning & Development,  Rewards & Recognition, and Morale & Retention

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in employee engagement, event management, or office management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events and programs that drive employee engagement and collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse workforce
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred: 

• Previous experience in designing and implementing hybrid work initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to analyze employee feedback and data to inform engagement strategies
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee engagement and workplace culture
• Experience working in cross-functional teams or collaborating with departments such as HR, Marketing, or Facilities
• Demonstrated passion for employee advocacy and fostering a positive work environment
• Bilingual in Spanish 

Compensation:

• $68,000 - $72,000 per year base salary
• An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
• Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
