Beyond Finance is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist who is passionate about culture and excited to support a dynamic, high-growth organization through employee engagement and onboarding initiatives. The Employee Experience Specialist, under the guidance of the Talent Strategy Manager, helps to define company culture and deliver a high impact employee experience. This role would support all aspects of the employee life cycle through administration and execution.
As this role will be the primary planner and executor of many in-person employee events, you will be expected in our downtown Chicago office on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns the tactical onboarding of new employees, including HRIS and i9 process management
- Supports offboarding employees to ensure all steps are completed, including communications and exit interviews
- Support culture-building efforts through coordination of employee cultural and engagement events and programs
- Own the creation, maintenance, auditing and update of employee personnel files
Key Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required, HR, Communications or Business focus a plus
- At least 1 year working in HR coordination or internship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to connect with individuals at all levels across the organization
- Creative and Solutions-Oriented
- Organized and process driven, with strong technical skills and an eye for detail
- Experience with HR systems such including HRIS, LMS, and ATS a strong plus.
