AS AN EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:

• Lead the new employees onboarding program, facilitating HR orientation, and undertaking regular reviews with new employees to obtain feedback.• Undertake exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements.• Lead the Employee Engagement program, including annual engagement survey, pulse surveys, focus groups to measure employee engagement levels, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.• Leverage Energize recognition program to acknowledge employee contributions and promote a culture of appreciation.• Create and execute comprehensive employee communication plans to promote a culture of transparency, belonging and information sharing.• Collaborate with HR community and facilitate internal training programs designed by Emerson enterprise who support a better employee experience such as Performing and Developing at Emerson and Leading and Thriving at Change• Organize and support employee engagement events, activities, and initiatives, both onsite and virtually.• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement, and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

WHO YOU ARE:

You will combine a mix of hands-on activities with strategic skills to delivery program working close with HRBP's to help create a positive experience for our employees. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive employee engagement and Culture transformation progress.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.• 3 years of proven experience years in employee engagement, organizational development and culture, or a related role.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.• Effective project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze employee engagement data and derive meaningful insights.• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive change and foster a positive work culture.• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and propose new ideas.

Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work Option and Core Hours:

Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.
