Employee Relations COE Program Manager (Remote - US)
Job Description
SUMMARY
Plays a crucial role supporting Employee/Associate Relations functions including data analysis, campaign and positive associate relations support, system improvements, initiatives, and other enhancements to drive positive associate relations across the system. The Program Manager will leverage data, opportunity, and input from all key stakeholders within and adjacent to the Associate Relations functions to understand where synergies may be drawn to improve quality of case documentation, leader and associate experience. Role will be responsible for operationalization of changes and measuring impact of enhancements. Responsible for internal knowledge resources supporting the subject matter expertise of the function and enhancing the content and organization of the site to support the Associate Relations Managers case resolutions. Effective cross-functional partnership and collaboration, within HR and outside of HR, is required to drive resolutions that mitigate risk and address root causes to decrease disengagement of associates.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Leads process improvements within the associate relations function. Responsible for assessing and collaborating with cross-functional partners to uncover operational opportunities, make recommendations, gain alignment and deliver the agree upon solutions. Responsible for communicating the changes and monitoring changes to ensure making the desired impact.
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in associate relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive work. Responsible for all associate relations reporting for the COE, both scheduled and on demand. Manage all system updates and enhancements within the case management system to drive insight-based analytics output.
- Lead point of contact on all litigation filed on behalf of associates making an employment claim. Including but not limited to, organizing data in a cohesive fashion for legal counsel, requesting settlements, placing litigation holds on a complaint, supporting demand letter responses.
- Analyze, diagnose, and audit people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations. Own SOP and policy recommended updates and enhancements. Communication of the changes to the team and drive change management within the team.
- Build tools and resources to support effective and efficient associate relations work and case management, as well as onboarding of new associate relations managers.
- Support the Associate Relations Managers in effective case management organizing meetings among key stakeholders in highly complex cases.
- Responsible for multi-system data pulls including personnel files, timecard, case management systems used by quality, risk, compliance and operations when needed by the function.
- Works closely with the Director of Associate Relations to provide support to manage associate relations and third-party interventions. Assists in development of campaign preparation, including risk mitigation training, development of tools and repository of developed communication resources. Lead and supports assessments to uncover dysfunctionality leveraging data analytics, focus groups and interviews.
- Conducts proactive research as necessary and monitors reports, news, social media, internal communication platforms and data points pertaining to associate engagement to share insights for opportunities to improve connection and communication with our associates.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required Minimum Education:
4 Year/ Bachelor's Degree
Specialty/Major - Human Resources, Communication, Customer Relations or other related field
Preferred Education:
Graduate Degree (Master's)
Specialty/Major - Human Resources, Communication or Customer Relations
Licensing/Certification
PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM - Sr. CP (preferred)
Work Experience
5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources roles. Previous project management experience (required).

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes and see root causes for process improvement. Ability to build relationships with people from different backgrounds, functions, and levels in the organization. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Self-motivated with strong initiative to achieve high standards/results. Good presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to protect highly confidential and sensitive information. Acts with a sense of urgency. Team-oriented and collaborative approach. High-quality judgment and sound decision-making. Ability to think analytically and critically. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage through ambiguity and change. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word processing, spreadsheet, and database management) required. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and written reports are essential. Previous risk mitigation experience.
