Job Overview:
The employee relations coordinator is responsible for a broad range of employee relations activities including conflict resolution, investigations, policy interpretation, disciplinary process, and separations.
This role is onsite in our Corporate headquarters, located in Eagle, Idaho.
Responsibilities:
- Support Services business HR needs and collaborate with the HR shared services team
- Investigate and address workplace concerns and review disciplinary action/terminations under the guidance of the HR Director
- Maintain employee records and sensitive employee documents
- Document and manage employee relations cases
- Resolve conflicts in the workplace and conduct unbiased investigations into employee complaints
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues
- Basic report writing and reporting
- Conduct, administer, and analyze Exit Interviews
- Field HR inquiries from employees and assist with special projects.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in similar human resources/employee relations role
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office
