Checkout.com is actively seeking an enthusiastic and talented Employer Brand Manager to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The Employer Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our company’s employer brand. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to effectively convey our culture and values both internally and externally.

What you will be doing:
Employer Brand Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.
Content Creation & Management:
Create compelling content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences across various platforms (website, social media, job boards, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging multimedia content including videos, blogs, and employee testimonials.
External Outreach:
Manage and enhance our presence on social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor).
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, recruitment agencies, and industry organizations.
Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Provide regular reports to senior management on the impact of employer branding efforts.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from application through onboarding.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the candidate journey.
About You:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a similar role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Deep levels of stakeholder management and business partnership experience, with an ability to influence senior leaders
Able to use data as means to drive improvement across the business
Ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task and manage multiple relationships
