Employer Brand Manager

As our very first Employer Branding Manager, you’ll help lead the charge on how we articulate our culture, track recruitment marketing success, and build a world class employer brand!

What you’ll do:- Define and execute on Underdog’s employee value proposition to set us apart in today’s competitive talent landscape
- Partner with recruiters to develop a deep understanding of hiring and business needs, and draw actionable insights
- Drive sourcing efforts through drip campaigns with talent pools and communities + partnering with senior leadership on creative outreach
- Collaborate with our Creative and Social Media teams to structure a content strategy and produce amazing employer branding content that reflects Underdog’s values
- Make data driven decisions related to branding by running a tight recruitment marketing ship and advocating for appropriate recruitment marketing tools
- Develop internal engagement programs and strategies, such as creating an employee advocacy programÂ
- Set up meetups (virtual or otherwise), speaking engagements for leadership, and other external events to further drive up brand awareness
- Demonstrated experience driving employer branding with a high growth company
- Strong understanding of branding and how to sell Underdog as an employer of choice
- Passion for storytelling and ability to drive stories to tangible outcomes
- Extremely strong written communication skills and an innate ability to translate any given tone into pitch perfect external content
- Creative and well-organized, with a proven ability to execute data driven recruiting campaigns and engage with passive talent pools
- Experience with recruiting events and programs
- Full cycle recruiting background
- Start-up or high growth tech company experience
- Experience with recruitment marketing tools
- Highly curious – you’re interested in asking questions, speaking up, and raising concerns when needed
- Competitive spirit and desire to make an impact
- An eye for design and aesthetics
- Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systemÂ

Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000+ depending on experience, plus equity. Below you’ll find a few of our perks:
