As the Employer Branding (EB) Lead at Delivery Hero, you will be instrumental in designing and executing a pandora employer branding strategy aligned with our company’s mission, values, and goals. You will collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to create compelling narratives, enhance our digital presence, lead employer branding events, and position Delivery Hero as an employer of choice in the industry.

Your mission:

Employer Branding Development

• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to create a comprehensive EB strategy that reflects Delivery Hero’s organizational goals and values.

• Develop and communicate compelling messaging that highlights our culture, employer value proposition (EVP), and values to attract and retain top talent.

• Optimize and manage our digital presence across platforms, including social media and career pages, to amplify our employer brand globally.

• Work closely with TA, Communications & Marketing teams to build Branding/Marketing materials and leverage appropriate platforms.

Campaigns and Events

• Lead the planning and execution of both online and offline employer branding campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and attract top talent.

• Spearhead the organization of key events such as ask-me-anything sessions, fireside chats, networking events, webinars, and workshops that promote Delivery Hero’s employer brand.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging event content that showcases Delivery Hero’s culture, values, and career opportunities.

• Partner with Marketing and PR teams to effectively promote events across multiple channels, ensuring maximum reach and brand visibility.

• Manage event budgets and ensure the delivery of impactful, cost-efficient experiences with measurable ROI.

Community Building and Development

• Build and foster an internal and external EB community within Delivery Hero and across markets to support branding efforts.

• Develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and cultivate a vibrant employer brand community.

LinkedIn Strategy

• Oversee and enhance Delivery Hero’s LinkedIn presence, driving engagement and brand awareness with talent across Europe, Turkey, and APAC.

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy that reflects key messages, showcases Delivery Hero’s values, and highlights industry leadership.

• Manage the LinkedIn editorial calendar, ensuring consistent, engaging, and timely content.

• Utilize LinkedIn analytics tools to track performance and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on LinkedIn ads, managing campaigns and driving optimal performance.

Your heroic skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition.

• Expertise in managing digital platforms and social media, particularly LinkedIn.

• Experience in organizing and executing events, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

• Strong storytelling skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and budget management.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.
