Company Description

👋🏼 We're Nagarro.

We are a digital product engineering company that is scaling in a big way! We build products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (19,500+ experts across 36 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We're looking for great new colleagues. That's where you come in!

By this point in your career, it is not just about the tech you know or how well you can code. It is about what more you want to do with that knowledge. Can you help your teammates proceed in the right direction? Can you tackle the challenges our clients face while always looking to take our solutions one step further to succeed at an even higher level? Yes? You may be ready to join us.

Job Description

We're looking for a self-motivated and outgoing Employer Branding and Events Specialist. As a member of Nagarro's team, you’ll help organize Nagarro employer events for colleagues, prospects, partners, stakeholders, and other business entities in strong collaboration with other members of the Employer Branding TEAM.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Events:

  • Manage plans, budgets, and staff for events in an ongoing calendar of programs, receptions, dinners, conferences, and roundtables.
  • Organize events meant to raise awareness and engagement for Nagarro as an employer.
  • Conduct feedback surveys and research after each event to identify improvements for future events.
  • Analyses aftermath events and translates qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the communications plan and events calendar.
  • Work creatively with Design and Communications to develop collaterals for various events (videos, blog posts, social media posts, PR, digital media, and others).

Digital:

  • Build and execute end-to-end employer branding awareness and lead-generation digital campaigns.
  • Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.
  • Think creatively and develop new content, ads, and other communications materials.
  • Develop and maintain a Digital Content Calendar.
  • Design and execute digital campaigns that keep our growing, global team aligned and connected to our values, promote employee engagement, and help scale our culture.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to position our evolving global employer brand and employee value proposition - bringing Nagarro's stories to life for candidates in a compelling way.
  • Work across the business to discover, curate, and share compelling stories about our company, work, technology, and people.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand the campaign requirement, targeting profile, persona, and campaign objective.
  • Monitor campaigns and take corrective actions to optimize campaign performance and budget.
  • Analyze audience data and spending, and report on campaign effectiveness against goals.
  • Be responsible for consistently applying the company's brand values and tone of voice to the employer events communications.
  • Implement the communications strategy that supports Nagarro's positioning and increases Nagarro's visibility in key markets while monitoring competitors and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in the fields of events, marketing, and digital communications.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understand how to work to a specified tone of voice and brand-led strategic messaging.
  • You're a team player and know how to collaborate across functions.
  • Confident working with people at all levels of seniority, across different parts of the business, and from different countries and cultures.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You feel empowered to affect change, taking on challenges that lead to personal achievement, company success, and genuine contributions to society.
