Responsible for interfacing directly with the client, agent or internal support personnel to build necessary case specifications in Selerix Benefits Selection systems benefits solution to enroll employee population in various employee core health and welfare benefit plans.
Act as enrollment technology subject matter expert; configure plan specifications, remediate changes to the system according to plan design and make recommendations for necessary changes and updates in the enrollment system.
Manage project timeline, manage multiple projects, update software requirements in accordance with client specifications, build report specifications, write javascript code changes, update excel reports, and write comparisons in Microsoft access.
Responsible for building and configuring core, group, and voluntary worksite benefits utilizing various benefit enrollment software.
This position combines analytic and project management skills with an ability to simplify complex information from many sources.
Responsibilities
- Setting up new client and building annual employee benefit program cases in Benefits Enrollment System (Selerix).
- Interpret and translate project specifics, insurance plan designs, eligibility and census information.
- Interpret benefit plan summaries to set parameters in the enrollment platform.
- Configure census data for enrollment purposes.
- Collaborate closely with implementation teams, underwriting and sales team to effectively recognize and solve case level enrollment issues and reinforce initiatives.
- Report system issues, limitations, and enhancements to development group for resolution.
- Ensure applications are populating and displaying correctly.
- Review carrier underwriting requirements.
- Troubleshoot and correct customer issues.
- Meet product development and support deadlines.
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in the employee benefits industry
- Demonstrated analytic abilities
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fast learner, quality consciousness and committed to deadlines
- Excel Proficiency
- Selerix or Benefits Administration System Experience
- Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory
- Self-Initiative

- Working knowledge of J-Script
