The US Employment Practice of Hogan Lovells US LLP seeks a mid-level associate to join our Employment practice. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of three of experience with employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. Candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience are preferred. Strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence are required. Candidates must work from the New York, Philadelphia or Northern Virginia office of Hogan Lovells and must be admitted to the Bar of the state in which they work.
Alternative work arrangements are available for this position, including a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

The annualized salary range for this position is $235,000 to $390,000, depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus. In addition, full-time employees as well as some part-time employees will be eligible for the firm's fringe benefits as they currently exist.
