We are looking for a EMR Training Specialist that will work closely with the IT department, providers and other CareMax team members. They will provide content updates, optimization, training, and support of the clinical users of the EMR.

About the position:
Healthcare EMR Analyst Responsibilities:
- Supports existing and new EMR features on training, go-live, and enhancements as appropriate.
- Acts as the first point of contact for EMR software support questions.
- Plans, documents, and executes EMR features and functionality as per vendor requirements.
- Conducts problem analysis and issue resolution for issues related to the EMR software through the vendor support mechanisms.
- Works with IT to coordinate troubleshooting and repair of hardware related issues as they arise.
- Supports testing of EMR functionality and participates in the analysis and potential implementation of new ancillary software related to the EMR.
- Provides training to office Super Users on EMR functionality.
- Coordinates priorities for projects and issue resolution for the EMR.
- Creates EMR Configurations.
Healthcare EMR Analyst Requirements:
- Mature understanding of application support processes and workflow.
- Demonstrates an ability to establish and build strong relationships with team members to include Physicians, Nurses, other Clinicians, and staff.
- Strong communication skills with clinical and information technology personnel, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent leadership and teaching skills.
- The ability to travel if needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
