EMV Project Coordinator

DRB Systems is a growing and vibrant software company in need of a Project Coordinator. DRB Systems ("DRB") is the leading provider of technology-enabled devices and software solutions to the North American car wash industry. The Project Coordinator is a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organized individual that is the primary contact for customers for all aspects of the EMV Conversion process. This includes working with the customer to ensure system configuration meets requirements, collaborating with the Payments team Conversion team to track conversion readiness, and making decisions to result in a positive customer experience with new DRB Systems products and/or services.

What will our Project Coordinator do?

• Acts as the primary customer contact for all aspects of the EMV conversion process, including but not limited to obtaining system configuration, help customer with decisions regarding conversion readiness, and workflow and establishing the conversion timeline.
• Working with multiple departments within DRB to ensure a successful project.
• Build and track milestones using project management software (Clarizen).
• Consult on best practices and convey customer requirements and tasks prior to installation.
• Facilitates hardware shipment scheduling and software delivery.
• Customer support for project related issues including escalations.
• Leverages Customer Requested Target Dates when coordinating and scheduling installation events.

The right candidate will have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft, and general understanding of computers and their operating systems.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred.
• 1 year of coordinating projects experience preferred. Experience in training customers on best practices when implementing a new product.
• Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent preferred. Relevant training and/or work experience is also considered.
