We’re embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, working together in person and choose where they work for the remainder of the week. What You'll DoEvery day, our Enablement team works to deliver programming, support, and resources to our agents; all built to empower our teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The Enablement Manager will lead a team of content strategists and play a crucial role in supporting the larger agent enablement strategy at SimpliSafe. Through the development and delivery of content strategy, you’ll not only support new initiatives and product launches, but the ongoing development of content built to enable a truly differentiated customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Manage a team of content specialists and instructional designers who are responsible for designing learning and resource solutions that enable agents to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Partner with teams across the organization to develop content strategies that support key initiatives, product launches, new processes, and more.
- Analyze and leverage data to provide actionable insights on content strategy and development for stakeholders, partners, and the Enablement Team
- Engage in strategic planning with Enablement leadership and relevant stakeholders to thoughtfully evolve our knowledge management strategy
- Support the testing and implementation of new features and content experiences within the enablement tech stack in collaboration with key stakeholders across SimpliSafe
- 4+ years of relevant experience; preferably in team management, training, instructional design/ content development, or enablement
- Enablement mindset focused on improving processes and the customer experience
- Ability to work and strategize cross-functionally
- Experience with Learning Management or Content Management Platforms- Seismic and Lessonly preferred
- Detail-oriented & Organized with the ability to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects at once
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with a knack for “figuring it out” that works well independently
- Ability to empathize, build trust and provide support to stakeholders and team members when needed
