We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Enablement Platforms Administrator who will have demonstrable experience in managing, creating, designing and operating Learning Management Systems and Sales Enablement Portals. 

This role will also be responsible for providing administrative and system support to learners, facilitators and publishers focused on ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery and tracking of various training programs/curriculum. 

One key responsibility consists of providing technical support to Enablement employees and Pure Partners globally, including troubleshooting system errors, assigning user roles in the platform, creating learning groups, and helping users get the most out of the tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and implement the new LMS and Sales Enablement platforms.
  • Serve as the LMS superuser and provide insider knowledge to system administrators to help them utilize the system to its full potential.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Enablement Learning Management System and Sales Enablement Portal, including performing routine maintenance and system updates of the platform, documenting and establishing governance for both the LMS platform and the Sales Enablement Portal, and overseeing the life cycle of content.
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers and key stakeholders to ensure expired learning courses are updated per policies
  • Work closely with curriculum developers and trainers to update, create and maintain learning module content for our LMS and the Sales Enablement Portal resource site, including both video and printable.
  • Provide general support for training team members and end users on both platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records in the platform. Pull data reports from the system to use for accreditation reporting, system usage, and other reports necessary to meet compliance audit requirements or other business needs.
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities in collaboration with our GTM Systems Operations team. 
  • Monitor and receive requests and process them through to completion in accordance with the relevant workflows, processes, and standards.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of training course requirements in partnership with team members and key stakeholders
  • Work with system vendors for maintenance, support, and enhancements.
  • Create announcements/guides for system upgrade releases and troubleshooting.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Experience in training administration/training coordination preferred
  • Experience in one or more of the following: LMS (Learning Management Systems). Intellum, Litmos, LevelJump, Learndot; and Sales Enablement Portals: Highspot, WebInfinity, Hub, preferred
  • Minimum 5 years working in a LMS administration function.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • High technology literacy with the ability to learn new software and applications. quickly and independently.
  • Passion for creating great user experience. 
  • Customer centric approach when providing support. 
  • Understand the sales environment.
  • Experienced working with an international audience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
