Job Description
The Enablement Program Manager is pivotal in the global enablement function. This individual will be responsible for program management of our most critical go-to-market and productivity initiatives, creating a center of excellence for the entire team to leverage as we work to create performance outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a robust program management strategy that comprehensively aligns program objectives with an execution framework to support critical enablement infrastructure and programs.
- Partner with and support the various enablement functions to design, build, and execute initiatives and projects that impact go-to-market teams across the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (go-to-market, marketing, HR) to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Direct and monitor the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication about project status, risks, and milestones.
- Identify, recommend, and implement best practices in program management to increase efficiency and improve outcomes, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the successful delivery of programs.
- Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources, both human and financial, across various projects.
- Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to senior leadership on program status, achievements, and challenges.
What You'll Need
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
- Background working within the sales enablement or learning & development function is highly desirable.
- Experience in program or project management with experience as team lead or people-management role.
- Background managing complex enablement programs is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in orchestrating teams (management, project leadership, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in program management software and tools.
