About the Role:
The NAMER Enablement Manager/Trainer will play a crucial role in the scaling and growth of the NAMER sales team. The role will be focused on the internal sales team to ensure they have the baseline solution knowledge required to articulate business value and discover opportunities with our prospects and customers. This will include both new hires and existing sales team members. This team member will also be responsible for learning related projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Key team member in providing foundational solution training to non-technical roles within NAMER. This would be delivering live sessions in Bootcamp, OJT and re-enforcement workshops.
  • Working closely with the Head of Enablement to develop and deliver content as needed for the NAMER region for internal sellers, specifically the AE/ BDR/ CSM to upskill their understanding of our solutions and how to position them.
  • Partner with SMEs in developing enablement sessions and workshops that explain the value of our solutions to non-technical sellers in a way that they can both understand and use to discover the technical requirements of prospects and customers.
  • Working with members of the Enablement team to develop and maintain a quarterly solution focused enablement calendar for all sellers.
  • Work with shared services team to measure effectiveness of training and report out key metrics.

Required Education And Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement
  • Must be highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proven experience delivering solutions training to non-technical audiences.

Desired Skills:
  • Understanding of cloud based platforms and cyber security experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Coaching/mentoring experience is a plus
  • Strong needs analysis, prioritization and collaboration skills
  • Experience developing and delivering training to sales teams is preferred
  • The ability to articulate how the value of technical products/solutions can drive customer business
  • Google - G-suite familiarity preferred
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to growth and change
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must. Fluency in one or more additional languages is a plus
  • The ability to 'do what it takes' to get things done, to work effectively in situations where everything is not clear

Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $124,000 - $152,000.

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
