Enablement Systems Associate

• LMS and KMS platform management 

• Manage users 

• Train content publishers on best practices 

• Work closely with our vendors to make sure content publishers are using the platforms effectively 

• Schedule meetings with content publishers to relay platform updates and maintain hygiene 

• Schedule meetings with each group of content publishers – look at data to evaluate success 

• Facilitate coordination between different groups 

• Partner with IT, productivity teams, enablement teams, managers to ensure tool access for new hires/users 

• Partner with HR to align enablement workflows with company-wide onboarding workflows 

• Schedule meetings between all enablement groups (some marketing representation included) 

A successful candidate will have the following: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint), Slack, Zoom 

• Proactive problem-solving skills 

• Written and oral communication skills 

• Ability to document processes and concepts 

• Strong Process/Project Management mindset 

• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail, with consistent follow-up practices 

• Experience with LearnUpon, HighSpot, other LMS or KMS platforms is a plus, but not required
